There simply aren't enough hours in the day

My stalker baby, Ivie, fell asleep, standing up, watching me in the kitchen.
My girls...hanging out.
So I thought about this saying today, "There aren't enough hours in the day", and being the scientific-learning-to-be-overly-analytical-thinker I am (and am becoming), I thought: This would totally disrupt the progress of the world. When would the sun rise? When would we have a full moon? Would we all age? WHOA...Megan! Really, its just a figure of speech. Nonetheless, this is certainly my motto these days (regardless of the scientific implications of this phrase).

So what's been going on that I haven't posted in almost two weeks:

School:

OMG! For all of you non-texters or if your over the age of forty..Oh My Gosh! This degree is kicking my ass. I have three more weeks of classes, one week for reading week and then two weeks for finals. Sounds good right? Well, this sequence of events means I am still reading the hundred pages assigned each week. I am also working on my course outlines so that I may return next semester (course outlines are critical to your performance on the final exams). I am also working on a research project for a paper that is due in eight days. What's the other phrase: What doesn't kill you makes you stronger? Well, watch out world, 'cause here I come!

Sick:

I've been sick; officially diagnosed with a sinus infection.

Peoria:

Certainly not a complaint, but a week of drinking like I was twenty-two and childless again has left my body pretty upset with me.

House:

I LOVE our house, but it too is kicking my ass. I am not the kind of person that can look at a pile of clothes, unopened boxes, white walls, a cluttered garage, or curtainless windows and think "oh this can wait until after the semester; it's not harming anyone". Yeah right. So this whole list...that's right, I've done (and the house STILL isn't where I want it). Here are some pictures of our progress. Also, check out my page dedicated to the house.

So here it is. There REALLY aren't enough hours in the day.
